  • Gday all the way from Australia Mav.

I come to you with a recipe called chicken main or as we call it mustard chicken , quite an easy on the road recipe and so so tasty

    You’ll need

    1-2 chicken breasts
    Jar of seeded mustard
    20oz bottle thickened cream
    Powdered garlic 1 tbs
    Seasonings to taste

    Sides are honey parsley carrots
Broccolini ( both steamed or cooked to preference)

Brown chicken breasts then add thickened cream stirring well to incorporate the pan juices ,
Add 3-4 tablespoons of the seeded mustard and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder , slowly simmer until cream thickens and chicken is cooked through , occasionally baste chicken with cream gravy during cooking .

Chop carrot into fingers and marinade in honey and dry parsley for an hour mixing occasionally , steam beside broccolini

Serve chicken with a few spoons of the cream gravy on top , add some gravy to the serve of broccolini aswell

    Enjoy mate , cheers

  • Hi my name is Simon. My swiss aunt has a recipe called Jussy (pronounced as pussy with a j) and it has been in my family for years. It sounds weird but I promise it is deeeelicious. You’ll need to freeze 500ml of heavy cream in a bath of 750g of 50/50 melted granulated and brown sugar overnight. In a pan, fry a very large handful of stale brioche bread broken into breadcrumbs. Take the heavy cream and sugar out and sprinkle raisins and the fried brioche breadcrumbs on it. Put in in the microwave for 30 seconds and finally drizzle some balsamic vinaigrette dressing on it (I know this bit sounds weird but I promise you it is so important and really brings it all together).
